Refund policy

1. Our 14-day guarantee

Gatherly is a product of Boone Studios LLC. We want you to feel comfortable trying it on your own WordPress site, so every initial purchase of a paid Gatherly plan includes a 14-day money-back guarantee.

If Gatherly is not the right fit, email us within 14 calendar days after your purchase and we will refund the amount you paid to Boone Studios for that purchase. No explanation is required, though we always welcome feedback.

2. What is eligible

The guarantee applies to the initial purchase of a Pro, Lifetime, or Agency plan made directly through gatherlycal.com. Your request must reach us before the end of the 14th calendar day after the purchase date.

The Free plan does not involve a payment and is therefore not eligible for a refund.

3. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your Gatherly account. Include enough information for us to locate the purchase, such as your account email, plan, or order receipt.

We will confirm when the request has been approved and submitted to our payment processor.

4. Subscription renewals

Pro and Agency subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to the initial purchase and does not ordinarily cover renewal payments, so please cancel before your renewal date if you do not want another term.

If a renewal was accidental, contact us promptly. We will review the circumstances fairly, but this does not guarantee a renewal refund. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We submit refunds promptly, but Stripe and your bank or card issuer control when the credit appears. Most refunds arrive within 5–10 business days after they are submitted.

6. What happens to your license

When a purchase is refunded, its paid license is deactivated and access to paid features, updates, support benefits, and software downloads ends.

Refunding a Gatherly license does not delete events, RSVPs, or guest information stored in your WordPress database. Paid plugin features may stop working, so you should export or preserve anything you need before requesting a refund.

7. Ticket and attendee payments

This policy covers purchases of Gatherly plans from Boone Studios. It does not cover event tickets, attendee payments, Stripe fees, or other transactions processed through an event organizer’s own Stripe account. The organizer is responsible for its attendee refund policy and for issuing any ticket refunds.

8. Fair-use limits

We may decline a request involving fraud, chargeback abuse, repeated purchases and refunds, redistribution of the plugin or license key, or a material violation of our Terms of Service. These limits do not affect any refund or consumer right required by law.
